1.1 Lotto N Crowd, an affiliate of The Lotter strives to ensure that the use of the Site brings you maximum pleasure and does not cause harm.

1.2 The “Self-Exclusion” service is a suspension of your access and/or restriction of access to other Site services for a certain period.

1.3 Self-exclusion is made based on the User’s application sent to the email – [email protected]. The application must be sent from the email address specified by the User when registering on the Site.

1.4 The User’s application for self-exclusion must contain a written request to apply the “Self-Exclusion” service to the User and the period for which this service will be applied (for example, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 3 years). The Self-Exclusion period is not limited and is determined by the User independently. However, in the case of User Self-Exclusion for a period of more than 3 years, Lotto N Crowd, an affiliate of The Lotter has the right to terminate the User’s registration, returning the funds placed on the User’s Personal Account, based on a separate application from the User, subject to the general conditions for receiving funds provided for in the Terms of Use.

1.5 During the Self-Exclusion period, the User will be denied access to the Personal Account and the Site’s services, and the User will not be able to access advertising and other materials sent by The Lotter.

1.6 Termination of the Self-Exclusion service is possible not earlier than after the expiration of the period set by the User in the Self-Exclusion letter. Until this moment, Lotto N Crowd will not consider any statements and requests from the User to restore access to the services and materials of the Site. By sending a letter of Self-Exclusion, the User understands and accepts the actual consequences of this action and agrees with them. The User also does not have the right to make any claims regarding the refusal to consider the applications and requirements within the specified period.

1.7 The User is aware and accepts that the Self-Exclusion is made at his will and is aimed at limiting the use of the services and materials of the Site. Therefore, the User, from his side, undertakes not to take any actions for the period of the Self-Exclusion to gain access to the services and materials of the Site.

1.8 Restoration of the User’s account is carried out based on a written application of the User sent after the expiration of the Self-Exclusion period to the email – [email protected]. There is no automatic recovery of the User’s account after the end of the Self-Exclusion period.
